Getting Started
Every class at SABDA takes place inside a fully enclosed 360° room with floor-to-ceiling projection mapping and Dolby Atmos spatial audio. The visuals and sound transform the space into a different world for every session. Your senses are fully engaged, your phone is away, and for 60 minutes the outside world genuinely disappears.
Yes. Classes fill up. Book through the schedule.
Absolutely. All classes are open to all levels. If you're brand new, we recommend starting with Vinyasa, Hatha Vinyasa, or Core Pilates before moving into more intense formats like Power Pilates or Yoga Sculpt. Any sound healing or yoga with sound healing class is completely accessible from day one.
No. SABDA isn't about performance. It's about the experience. You'll find people at every level in every class. Nobody's watching you.
Just bring your good energy. Mats, props, blankets, and cushions are all provided. For movement classes, a fitness towel is recommended. Grippy socks are optional for pilates. Wear comfortable clothes you can move in, bring a towel if you want to use the showers (also available for rent), and avoid heavy perfume. Water bottles are welcome.
