SABDA is an immersive wellness studio in Barcelona's Eixample district. 360° laser projections on every surface. Spatial audio from invisible in-wall speakers. Yoga, pilates, sound healing, and breathwork, each inside a different immersive world.

Every class at SABDA takes place inside a fully enclosed 360° room with floor-to-ceiling projection mapping and Dolby Atmos spatial audio. The visuals and sound transform the space into a different world for every session. Your senses are fully engaged, your phone is away, and for 60 minutes the outside world genuinely disappears.

Absolutely. All classes are open to all levels. If you're brand new, we recommend starting with Vinyasa, Hatha Vinyasa, or Core Pilates before moving into more intense formats like Power Pilates or Yoga Sculpt. Any sound healing or yoga with sound healing class is completely accessible from day one.
No. SABDA isn't about performance. It's about the experience. You'll find people at every level in every class. Nobody's watching you.
Just bring your good energy. Mats, props, blankets, and cushions are all provided. For movement classes, a fitness towel is recommended. Grippy socks are optional for pilates. Wear comfortable clothes you can move in, bring a towel if you want to use the showers (also available for rent), and avoid heavy perfume. Water bottles are welcome.
We run around 42 classes a week across movement, breathwork, and sound. Strong and energising: Core Pilates, Power Pilates, Pilates Sculpt, Full Body Pilates, Power Vinyasa, Alchemy Breath, Yoga Sculpt. Balanced and grounding: Hatha Vinyasa, Vinyasa. Slow down and reset: Yin Yoga, Sound Healing, Serenity and Sound, Guided Sound Experience, Breathe & Let Go, Reset & Calm Breathwork.
Plan to arrive 10 minutes before your class. We have a strict cut-off of 5 minutes after the class has started. This ensures the best possible experience for everyone in the room. If you arrive after that, the class is non-refundable.
Most classes run 60 minutes. Some formats run from 50 to 75 minutes. Check the individual class listing in the schedule.
Try not to eat a full meal within 90 minutes of class, especially for breathwork. A light snack is fine. Hydrate beforehand.

You are welcome to take pictures and videos before and after class. The space is designed for presence, so please keep your phone on airplane mode or off during class so everyone has the chance to disconnect.
Yes. Book individual spots through the schedule. For groups of 8 or more, email us directly and we'll take care of it.
Visitors under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Exceptions can be made but must be verified by the studio. For more info write to us at [email protected].
Yes, all classes are open to everyone.
The studio uses 360° projection with dynamic visuals and moving light. If you have photosensitivity or epilepsy, please consult your doctor before attending and let us know in advance. In general, the visuals for wellness classes do not contain any flashing.
Breathwork uses conscious breathing patterns to shift your physical and mental state. It can be activating or deeply calming depending on the format. It's safe and beginner-friendly for most healthy adults. It is not recommended if you're pregnant, have cardiovascular conditions, epilepsy, or a history of serious mental health episodes. If you're unsure, check with your doctor first and let the teacher know of any conditions before class.
