Every class at SABDA takes place inside a fully enclosed 360° room with floor-to-ceiling projection mapping and Dolby Atmos spatial audio. The visuals and sound transform the space into a different world for every session. Your senses are fully engaged, your phone is away, and for 60 minutes the outside world genuinely disappears.
Yes. Classes fill up. Book through the schedule.
Absolutely. All classes are open to all levels. If you're brand new, we recommend starting with Vinyasa, Hatha Vinyasa, or Core Pilates before moving into more intense formats like Power Pilates or Yoga Sculpt. Any sound healing or yoga with sound healing class is completely accessible from day one.
No. SABDA isn't about performance. It's about the experience. You'll find people at every level in every class. Nobody's watching you.
Just bring your good energy. Mats, props, blankets, and cushions are all provided. For movement classes, a fitness towel is recommended. Grippy socks are optional for pilates. Wear comfortable clothes you can move in, bring a towel if you want to use the showers (or rent one at reception for 3 €), and avoid heavy perfume. Water bottles are welcome.
We run 50+ classes a week across movement, breathwork, and sound. The families are yoga, mat pilates, breathwork, sound healing, ecstatic dance and ice bath. Each class in the schedule shows how strong or gentle it is. All levels are welcome.
Plan to arrive 10 minutes before your class. We have a strict cut-off of 5 minutes after the class has started. This ensures the best possible experience for everyone in the room. If you arrive after that, the class is non-refundable.
Most classes run 60 minutes. Some formats run from 50 to 75 minutes. Check the individual class listing in the schedule.
Try not to eat a full meal within 90 minutes of class, especially for breathwork. A light snack is fine. Hydrate beforehand.
English, Spanish, or both. It's listed on each class in the schedule. Catalan is available for private sessions. Write to us at info@sabdastudio.com for more info.
You are welcome to take pictures and videos before and after class. The space is designed for presence, so please keep your phone on airplane mode or off during class so everyone has the chance to disconnect.
Yes. Book individual spots through the schedule. For groups of 8 or more, email us directly and we'll take care of it.
Visitors under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Exceptions can be made but must be verified by the studio. For more info write to us at info@sabdastudio.com.
Yes, all classes are open to everyone.
The studio uses 360° projection with dynamic visuals and moving light. If you have photosensitivity or epilepsy, please consult your doctor before attending and let us know in advance. In general, the visuals for wellness classes do not contain any flashing.
Breathwork uses conscious breathing patterns to shift your physical and mental state. It can be activating or deeply calming depending on the format. It's safe and beginner-friendly for most healthy adults. It is not recommended if you're pregnant, have cardiovascular conditions, epilepsy, or a history of serious mental health episodes. If you're unsure, check with your doctor first and let the teacher know of any conditions before class.

From 30 October: we open 15 minutes before the first class of the day. Monday 8:45 to 21:30. Tuesday to Thursday 7:45 to 21:45. Friday 7:45 to 23:00. Saturday 8:45 to 23:00. Sunday 9:45 to 21:30.
There are no lockers. We have open cubbies for bags and coats, and the studio has security cameras. Anything valuable can be left at reception or in the back closet of the class room.
Yes, free of charge. Bring your own towel, or rent one at reception for 3 €.
Any dog is welcome in the café. In classes and at ANIMONDO there are no pets, but assistance dogs are welcome.
Yes. The studio is accessible. If you have specific needs, reach out before your visit and check with your doctor to make sure the practice is right for you. We'll do our best to accommodate.
Book directly through our website or app. Head to the schedule, pick your class, and reserve your spot.
Cancel up to 8 hours before the class starts and your credit is returned in full. Cancel after that window and the credit is lost.
Join the waitlist directly in the schedule. You'll be notified automatically if a spot opens up.
Events are non-refundable once booked. If you can no longer attend, reach out at connect@sabdastudio.com. In some cases we can transfer your spot to a friend.
If it's your first time at SABDA, you have three options: trial class for €18, intro 3-pack (3 classes for €50, just over €16 per class), or unlimited week for €50 (Catalunya residents only, show proof of residency on your first visit). The 3-pack is the best way to properly explore the space. All intro offers are valid across the full weekly class schedule. Special events are not included.

Memberships give you the best value if you're planning to come regularly. Flex: €99 a month, off peak (Monday to Friday before 17:00 and after 20:00), 1 guest pass a month. Ritual: €109 a month, 8 classes, 1 guest pass a month. Immerse: €130 a month, unlimited classes, 2 guest passes a month. Immerse 3 Months: €330. Guest passes are for people new to SABDA. Yes. Valid across all weekly classes, but does not include special events.
Credits and packs are personal and non-transferable. At checkout there is an option to pay for a friend. The Immerse membership includes 2 guest passes a month for guests who are new to SABDA.
Yes to all three. Check availability on their platform. For the most availability, book directly on ours.
Memberships auto-renew monthly. To cancel, do so at least 5 days before your next renewal date via your account. Membership freezes are not available at the moment.
Yes. First time Catalunya residents can access an unlimited week at SABDA for €50. Just show proof of residency on your first visit: empadronamiento, NIE/DNI, or a utility bill.

Beyond the weekly class schedule, SABDA runs a rotating programme of events: exhibitions (digital artists take over the 360° room), ecstatic dance, listening sessions in Dolby Atmos, ceremonies built around breathwork and sound, and community events. Events are announced through our Instagram and newsletter.
Yes. SABDA is available for brand activations, corporate events, private sound baths, immersive dinners, photoshoots, and more. The 360° projection system and spatial audio can be fully customised for your event. See venue hire.
Corporate team building sessions, brand activations, influencer events, film and photo productions, bachelorette parties, kids' parties, private celebrations, and more. If you have something specific in mind, get in touch. Most formats work in the space.
Yes. Bespoke visual environments built around your brand, campaign, or event concept are available. Get in touch at least 2 weeks before your event date so everything runs smoothly.

The immersive room is a production-ready set. 360° projection creates fully controllable visual backdrops (static or motion-reactive) and the Dolby Atmos system provides a controlled acoustic environment. No location permits, no street noise. Past productions include FC Barcelona's farewell video for Sergi Roberto. Film, photography, influencer content days, and recorded talks are all bookable.
Yes. The space photographs and films unlike anything else in Barcelona. For influencer events, the immersive environment creates shareable content without additional set design. For brand tastings, SABDA can pair your product with an immersive class, listening session, or custom activation built around your audience.
Yes. The immersive room holds up to 100 guests standing or 80 seated and is available for full private hire. Every celebration is yours for the duration of the event. Bachelorette and hen parties can be built around a sound healing or movement session. Kids' parties, for ages 3 and up, use interactive visuals and spatial sound to create something genuinely unlike any other venue in Barcelona.
Private hire includes the immersive room, SABDA's content library and a technician in the room, who is required. You can add reception staff, event staff, seating and custom content. Catering from our café on request. SABDA runs the bar, and outside food or drinks need our written approval.
At least 2 to 3 weeks ahead for private events. For larger productions or bespoke content, give us more runway.
