Four to six weeks is comfortable for a standard session. We have turned events around in under two weeks when the space is straightforward, so ask even if your date is close.

We recommend groups of 5 and up, and we scale to several hundred. Headcount drives the headphone count and the audio setup, so it is the first thing we confirm on the call. Above roughly 100 people we look at how the group moves through the session, and we build the technical setup around that.

A facilitator, a live musician or DJ, immersive headphones for every participant, projected visuals where the space allows, mats where the practice needs them, full setup and breakdown by our team, transport of crew and equipment, and a technical site visit before the event. The immersive setup is never quoted separately: it is the experience, not an extra.

Catering, whether that is lunch or a coffee break. Photography and video. Any additional facilitator if you want more than one discipline running. Travel beyond the Barcelona area.

An open area large enough for the whole group to sit or lie down, with power, and lift or stair access for the kit. We need a window before and after the session for setup and breakdown. Projected visuals need a wall or screen and controllable light; without that we run on sound alone, which works well.

Barcelona and the surrounding area as standard. We go further for larger events, with travel and logistics quoted separately.

Per event, not per head. The price is built from headcount, format, travel and how much production the space needs, and a minimum applies. You get a fixed proposal after the technical site visit, with no per-head surprises. Because crew, transport, coordination and the site visit are fixed costs, the cost per person drops as the group grows.

Yes. Our immersive room in Eixample holds a maximum of 30 people for a guided activity. For anything larger, SABDA Mobile comes to you.
