Common questions.

How many people can you accommodate?

The immersive room seats 20 to 80 people depending on the format. With the café, bar, and patio included, the full venue holds up to 200 standing guests.

What's included in the price?

Base venue hire includes the 86m² immersive room with 360° projections and Dolby Atmos audio, plus a dedicated event coordinator. Custom visuals, catering, AV technician, and additional services are available as add-ons.

Can you customize the visual content for our brand?

Absolutely. We create custom 360° branded projections for product launches, activations, and corporate events. Alpro, FC Barcelona, and PERDÓN have all had fully custom visual environments built for their events at SABDA.

How far in advance should we book?

We recommend booking at least 2 to 3 weeks in advance for standard events. For events requiring custom visual content, allow 4 to 6 weeks. Popular dates fill quickly.

Do you provide catering?

Yes. We offer catering packages through our café and bar, from light refreshments to full event catering. We can also accommodate external caterers if preferred.

Can we add ice bath or breathwork to our team experience?

Yes. Guided breathwork, sound healing, yoga, and ice bath can all be incorporated into your team building programme. These are some of our most popular add-ons for corporate wellness events.
