Immersive Pilates

Mat pilates at SABDA takes place inside a 360° projection room with spatial audio in Barcelona's Eixample district. All sessions are mat-based, not reformer. Props provided. All levels welcome. Power Pilates

A dynamic, well-rounded mat session rooted in the original Joseph Pilates method. Activates and strengthens deep stabilizing muscles while improving posture, mobility, and core control. Glutes and Core Lab

An energizing lower-body focused workout designed to build strength, power, and definition. Through controlled movements, functional sequences, and the use of props such as bands and light weights, activates glutes, legs, and deep core muscles. Dynamic strength work balanced with focused stretching. 60 min. English.
